LOCATION:
500 Block Banff Ave, just a short 10 min stroll from the central downtown shopping area. Banff Caribou Lodge provides a complimentary shuttle to the downtown core.

ROOM STYLES:
Each of the 195 well appointed guest rooms feature country maple furniture and eye catching crafted detail. All rooms have signature mountain luxury feather beds, duvets and pillows. High speed internet access, hairdryers, cable TV, kettle and coffeemakers.

Standard Rooms:
These rooms have an interior courtyard view. The rooms feature maple furnishings and artwork inspired by Canada's magnificent Rocky Mountains. These rooms can accommodate up to four adults in a room with two queen beds, or two adults in a room with one king bed.

Superior Rooms:
These rooms have an exterior view with some rooms having a balcony. The rooms feature maple furnishings and artwork inspired by Canada's magnificent Rocky Mountains. These rooms can accommodate up to four adults in a room with two queen beds or two adults in a room with one king or one queen bed.

Deluxe Loft & Deluxe Loft Jacuzzi Suites:
The two styles of lot suites are among the most spectacular in Banff. Both the Loft Suite and Jacuzzi Loft Suie are located on the fourth floor. The rooms are designed for two people but can accommodate up to four with the pull out sofa. The comfortable seating area features a wood burning fireplace (complimentary wood is supplied) and a king size bed in the spacious loft sleeping area.

The Deluxe Jacuzzi Loft have spectacular mountain views through large windows that span two floors. Beyond your bedroom, through the set of French doors is your bath area that incldues a two person jacuzzi tub.

DINING:
Great steaks, a casual ambiance and friendly, very knowledgeable staff are the proud and reliable trademarks of The Keg Steakhouse & Bar. You'll find a truly comfortable and satisfying dining atmosphere accompanied by a fun and casual bar setting. The Keg is a casual steakhouse with a contemporary flavour, an attractive combination for any occasion.

FACILITIES:
Red Earth Spa has newly opened (2006) and features a whole floor of spa services including large whirlpool, sauna for all guests and treatment rooms for services such as massages, wraps, facials, pedicures and manicures, plunge pools, Vichy hydrotherapy and private lounge area.

ADULT:
An adult is considered to be 16+ years.

PARKING:
Complimentary heated underground parkade.

Each guest receives a Best of Banff booklet. This booklet entitles you to great discounts and special offers at leading Banff retailers and other service providers.

BOOKING POLICIES:
Full payment will be taken 30 days prior to arrival. $20 + tax administration fee will be charged if cancelled at any time after booking. For reservations cancelled 72hrs prior to arrival a one nights stay plus taxes charged as penalty. Please note there is a 14day cancellation notice required for reservations during Christmas/NYE season.
