2008/09 EARLY BOOKING WINTER SPECIAL - 5THNIGHT FREE - Valid for reservations made prior to November 30th 2008. (Blackout dates - Dec 22-Jan03, Feb 13/14, Apr 9-14,and May 15-18. Also no Friday/Saturday night arrivals in March.)

LOCATION:
Located on peaceful Tunnel Mountain only 4 minutes above beautiful downtown Banff in the Canadian Rockies.

ROOM STYLES:
All units are fully air-conditioned with well-equipped kitchens and most have wood-burning fireplaces.

Bachelor Suite:
These suites include a full modern kitchen (standard size fridge, stove with cook-top and oven, microwave, pots and pans, dinnerware, silverware, miscellaneous kitchen utensils) cable TV, hair dryer, in-room safe, iron and board, dual line phone with data port, free daily coffee, bathroom amenities, daily maid service, recycle bins, balcony or patio. ** These rooms do not have a fireplace or dishwasher. **

Studio Suite:
Room located in Main Lodge building with a Queen size bed, double sofa bed, wood-burning fireplace, full bathroom, full kitchen, cable television and telephone. Approx. 420 sq.ft.

1Br Condo:
Condo located in Fourplex building with one Queen size bed in separate bedroom, double size murphy bed in living room with wood-burning fireplace, full kitchen, full bathroom, cable Television and telephone. Approx. 500 sq.ft.

1Br + Loft Condo:
Condo located in Fourplex building with one Queen size bed in separate bedroom, full kitchen, full bathroom, living area with double sofa bed and wood-burning fireplace. Upstairs loft has two Queen size beds and half bathroom. Approx. 725 sq.ft.

2Br A Frame Chalet:
Stand alone chalet with two Single beds in a downstairs bedroom, living room with wood-burning fireplace, full kitchen, full bathroom, cable Television, telephone, upstairs in the loft area is a Queen size bed.

3Br A Frame Chalet:
Stand alone chalet with a Queen size bed in downstairs bedroom, 4 single beds in upstairs loft, full kitchen, double sofa bed in living room with wood-burning fireplace, full bathroom, cable Television and telephone. Approx. 630 sq.ft.

Jacuzzi Suite:
Newly renovated suite in the Main Lodge building that features a Queen size bed in the bedroom with a 2 person Jacuzzi, living room with Queen sofa bed and wood-burning fireplace, full kitchen, full bathroom, cable television and telephone.

Cascade Suite:
This spacious suite includes two separate four-piece bathrooms, a full kitchen, a master bedroom with two queen beds, and a double pull-out couch in the living room. Enjoy the mountain views from the two private balconies. The modern kitchen includes a standard size fridge, stove with cook-top and oven, dishwasher, microwave, pots and pans, dinnerware, silverware, kitchen utensils. ** This suite does not have a fireplace. **

Executive Suite:
Newly renovated suite in the Main Lodge building with two separate bedrooms. Master bedroom features a King size bed and two Person Jacuzzi with full ensuite, second bedroom has a Queen size bed, living room with double sofa bed and wood-burning fireplace, 3-piece bathroom off the entrance area and full kitchen with dining area. Approx. 895 sq. ft.

Mt Rundle Suite:
Large suite located in the Main Lodge building that features three separate bedrooms/bathrooms. Main floor features a Master bedroom with one King size bed and Jacuzzi in ensuite, living room with Queen size sofa bed and wood-burning fireplace, full kitchen and dining room. Upstairs features a bedroom with two Queen size beds & bathroom with shower, 2nd bedroom has one Queen size bed & bathroom with shower. Approx. 1200 sq. ft

ADULT:
An adult is considered to be 15+ years.

FACILITIES:
Families love the two giant indoor waterslides, swimming pool, and kiddie pool. A new multi-level indoor playzone provides mountains of fun for young children. Adults can relax in the saunas, whirlpools and steam room. Everyone can enjoy the fitness room, outdoor tennis and basketball, the outdoor playground and barbecue stations.

PETS:
A maximum of 2 small pets are permitted in some (1Br and 1Br+Loft) units. Please confirm ahead of time for availability and surcharge.

PARKING:
Complimentary underground parking for lodge building units and plug-ins for fourplex units.

BOOKING POLICIES:
Full payment will be taken 30 days prior to arrival. $20 + tax administration fee will be charged if cancelled at any time after booking. For reservations cancelled 72hrs prior to arrival a one nights stay plus taxes charged as penalty. Please note there is a 14 day cancellation period in effect for reservations during the Christmas/NYE season.
