CONSTRUCTION ON SITE - Please note there will be extensive construction throughout Winter 2008/09 and continuing into Summer 2009 as new condo buildings, romance suites and hot pools are being built. Discounted rates apply during this time.

LOCATION:
Located on Tunnel Mountain, ~3min drive from downtown Banff.

ROOM STYLES:
Modern condos sleep from 2 to 10 and all feature wood burning fireplaces, full kitchens and patios or balconies.

One Bedroom (1 Queen) Condo:
One bedroom condo with 1x queen size bed in separate bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen, dining and living room with pull out sofa and wood burning fireplace. Walk out patio or balcony.

One Bedroom (2 Queen) Condo:
One bedroom condo with 2x queen size beds in separate bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen, dining and living room with pull out sofa and wood burning fireplace. Walk out patio or balcony.

One Bedroom + Loft:
One bedroom condo with one queen in the bedroom and two queens in the loft, or two queens in the bedroom and one queen in the loft. One full bathroom and half bathroom in loft. Full kitchen and living room with pull out sofa and wood burning fireplace. Walk out patio or balcony.

Two Bedroom + Loft Premier:
Duplex building with three separate levels. Entry level features two separate bedrooms each with a queen size bed with featherbeds, full bathroom and stand up shower. Main floor features full equipped kitchen, living room with double sofa bed and wood burning fireplace, dining room and full bathroom. Upstairs features an open loft with two queen size beds, also with featherbeds. appointed with 3 cable TVs, CD player, full laundry facilities and patio/deck with chairs. Approx 900sq.

ADULT:
An adult is considered to be 15+ years.

FACILITIES:
Large outdoor hottub for 30. Covered picnic area with commercial bbq's and firepit.

PETS:
A small number of units allow pets. Please call ahead to confirm availability and surcharge.

PARKING:
Limited underground parking and complimentary winter plug ins.

BOOKING POLICIES:
Full payment will be taken 30 days prior to arrival. $20 + tax administration fee will be charged if cancelled at any time after booking. For reservations cancelled 72hrs prior to arrival a one nights stay plus taxes charged as penalty. Please note there is a 14 day cancellation period in effect for reservations during Christmas/NYE season.
