LOCATION:Nestled at the base of picturesque Rundle and Cascade Mountains, just 4 km from downtown Banff.
ROOM STYLES:Of the 171 suites at Banff Rocky Mountain Resort, they have a variety of condominium style suites, some with kitchens and some with wet bars. All suites feature comfortable living room areas with gas or wood burning fireplaces and cable colour television.
Standard Suite:One queen bed with pull-out couch, or two double beds, gas fireplace and a mini-fridge. (maximum 4) - 340 sq. feet
Studio Room:One queen bed and double pull-out couch, wood-burning fireplace and kitchen. (maximum 4) - 340 sq. feet

Loft Suite:One queen bed in upstairs loft and double pull-out couch in living room, wood-burning fireplace, 1 « baths, and kitchen. (maximum 4) - 540 sq. feet
2Br Suite:One queen bed in each bedroom and double pull-out couch in living room, wood-burning fireplace, 2 baths and kitchen. (maximum 6) - 637 sq. feet
Executive Suite:One queen bed and double pull-out couch, gas fireplace, and wet bar. (maximum 4)
Fairholme Suite:One queen bed in loft bedroom, pull-out couch in living room, gas fireplace, wet bar with stools, 1 « baths (jetted tub in main bathroom). (maximum 4) - 667 sq. feet total (460 sq. feet main area & 207 sq. feet upstairs)
President's Suite:Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with wood-burning fireplace, bathroom, master suite with king bed, fireplace and ensuite bathroom with jetted tub, second bedroom with king or twin combination bed. (maximum 6) - 882 sq. feet
FACILITIES:Mountain Health & Fitness Club includes a fully equipped exercise room with free weights, strength training & aerobic machines. The resort offers two squash courts, two outdoor tennis courts, indoor pool, indoor & outdoor hot tubs and sauna. There is also a registered massage therapist on site.
Full Conference & Meeting Services
Guest Laundry Facilities - coin operated laundry facilities with commercial duty washers and dryers. Dry cleaning services are available through the front desk.
Shuttle Service - the resort provides a local shuttle for guests to downtown Banff every hour from 11:00 am - 11:00 pm.
DINING:Season's Dining Room - a warm fire and a great menu combine to offer our guests casual dining in a cozy atmosphere. Continental Cuisine. Open daily for breakfast and dinner.
Pepper's Bar & Deli - offers lively cocktails, coffees and deli delights. Eat in and enjoy a game of darts or billiards, or grab a delicious snack to go. Open daily from 7:00 am - 12:00 am.
PARKING:Complimentary outdoor parking with plug-ins available.
ADULT:An adult is considered to be 15+ years.
BOOKING POLICIES:Payment will be taken 30 days prior to arrival. $20 + tax administration fee will be charged if cancelled at any time after booking. For reservations cancelled 72hrs prior to arrival a one nights stay plus taxes charged as penalty.
