LOCATION:
Located in downtown Banff, on a quite side street just off Banff Avenue.

ROOM STYLES:
All rooms are tastefully decorated with pine furnishing and rustic d�cor, complete with bathroom and bathroom amenities, telephone and cable television. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a fridge, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, plates, cutlery, and coffee maker. Ski storage is also featured in each unit.

Studio Room:
Bachelor studios are an open concept room with kitchen, dinner table with 2 chairs, and one double size bed. Located in the lower level and can accommodate to a maximum of two guests.

One Bedroom Apartment:
Feature a queen bed in the bedroom, plus two pullout sofa beds in the living room. These units can accommodate up to a maximum of six guests.

Two Bedroom Apartment:
Feature a queen bed and a double bed in two separate bedrooms, plus two pullout sofa beds in the living room. These units can accommodate up to a maximum of eight guests.
ADULT:
An adult is considered to be 18+ years.

PARKING:
Complimentary outdoor packing and a complimentary shuttle runs between 4-10pm @ 1/2 hour intervals, between all Caribou properties and downtown Banff.

EXTRAS:
Each guest receives a 'Best of Banff' booklet. This booklet entitles you great discounts and special offers at leading Banff retailers and other service providers.

BOOKING POLICIES:
Full payment will be taken 30 days prior to arrival. $20 + tax administration fee will be charged if cancelled at any time after booking. For reservations cancelled 72hrs prior to arrival a one nights stay plus taxes charged as penalty. Please note there is a 14 day cancellation period in effect for reservations during Christmas/NYE season.
